  They do have some products we like there. However driving out to the store to pickup some cat food only to find them closed 15 minutes before their stated closing time is unacceptable. They did crack the door to tell me "Sorry, nothing we can do, everything is shut down."
  
  Update: I did receive a correspondence from Kriser's concerned with my dissatisfaction. They assured my this was a once-a-year inventory activity. I was frustrated when initially posting this review, but they were very communicative and responsive to my concern.
