  I used to love this store when I was younger. Now, they've majorly decreased the quality of the clothes, but the prices have gone up at least 2 1/2 times from what they used to be. The line is always winding to the back of the store, and if your fortunate enough to find someone working on the floor when you have a question, don't even bother asking. You'll only get an attitude with a response of I don't know.
  I've found I have much better luck these days if I go across the street to American Eagle. Yes, I'm going to pay more than twice the price for a pair of jeans, but I'll still have tnose jeans in a few years. If I bought them from Old Navy, I'd nerd to be replacing them in a few months.

  I love old navy. It became one of my favourites. It is always organized, you can easily find what you need and they have amaziiing sales, nice staff and good quality.
